I hold a BS in International Business, Finance, and Early Education. I furthered my education in Psychology through Yale University.

I'm the former director/ owner of a multi-site childcare center. I have served our community as a curriculum writer, prekindergarten teacher, International ESL teacher, owner, director, PD specialist (Council for Professional Recognition) and early childhood trainer.

I founded Daycare Dynamics when I was able to take a more passive role in my centers. This allowed me to help owners and directors follow the same path to balancing their work home life while growing their businesses. I’m proud to say we relaunched in 2022 with a team of coaches ready to aide in all facets of your childcare business.

We teach early childhood administrators & owners how to build high quality childcare programs. We focus on the 3 P’s of business- people, process & profit. Take advantage of my road map to success aimed at maximizing profits, attracting ideal families and stand out in the early education community. We support early childhood leaders by focusing on infrastructure, policy, curriculum, teacher development, risk assessment and licensing & compliance. Our clients are served through onsite training, one on one coaching, live classes, and digital products.

With over two decades of experience as an early childhood educator, director, and owner of multi million dollar facilities, I am an expert in identifying and implementing high quality processes for young learners.
