Since 2002, I’ve worked in a professional child care setting. From assistant, teacher, to multi-million dollar multi facility director and owner, I’ve worn all the hats in the childcare field. As a PD Specialist, I certify teachers on a daily basis. Evaluating the educators and their child care environments has lead to my growing coaching business. I’ve helped answer the hard questions “Why aren’t programs booking clients? What is this childcare lacking? Where can improvement be made?” Having a degree in business and early education, I approach all aspects of the childcare industry for my clients. I now work with a team of industry experts.
